Hello HankB, I am late in the game so please forgive if I am asking too much. Has it been determined that B6 should be at a certain level and that there is an established amount we should take or not exceed in our supplements, or it can or will worsen our neuropathy symptoms? I apologize I just don't feel good enough to absorb all the info. Blessings, Sunnyflower

Hi @sunnyflower, I am of course no doctor but the literature online mostly seems to indicate that most people don't need more than 2mg per day of B6. At some amount over that B6 could become toxic and possibly cause neuropathic symptoms according to some health websites. So my wife and I are starting to take the supplement I linked to earlier, 1 Body Vitamin B Complex, for the reasons stated in my earlier post. Previously we were happy with what we were taking but now we know that brand has 25 mg per capsule and so we have switched. Best, Hank
