I was told to take b100 for my nerve damage which was caused by the anastrozole . It has helped me but still have problems with my hands at least twice a week compared to everyday . I have been taking it for about a month

Be sure to check that the B vitamin you are taking is really a B vitamin. Be sure it is GMP or NSF certified or third party tested. Not all B is the same.
