I would be cautious of supplements/herbs etc. unless you have checked with places like ConsumerLab or Labdoor to make sure they are not contaminated and the labels accurately identify what is in the container so you know what you using. Always check for interactions. These labs also check contents of Kefir and yogurts and protein powders etc. I purchased the ConsumerLab membership and they do have CBD oil explanations as well as approved and not approved. There is CBD oil and there is hemp oil supplements and lotions. One example that was tested and approved is Bluebird Botanicals Hemp Classic 6X Concentrated and Plus CBD oil hemp softgels are just a couple but be aware that they do not provide high doses used clinically.
