I am 40 and I have been dealing with it since I was 10 from never getting my periods. At the age of 20 I was diagnosed with PCOS I got pregnant with first child which I lost at 6 weeks and then 2 years later got pregnant with 2nd child she was late but had vaginal birth my periods where heavy after that and then in 09 I have twins they where c-section at 35 weeks. Then the periods got worse. Last year I had become anemic because of it. They claim my uterus is large and when he did the d and c and the ablation he had to remove multiple polyps. I’m sure menopause is in my future. I just didn’t think it would be this early.

Hello @confused77

I'm so sorry to hear that this has been a lifelong problem for you. It sounds as if you have had a lot of gynecological issues. Does this run in your family? Have you ever had fibroids?

We hope that you update us after you see your doctor later this week, we would like to keep in touch with you.

Teresa

My mom told me that my great grandma died of women’s issues my grandma never said what women issues but Back then they didn’t really discuss that type of stuff and my grandma was very young
