@fracturedd No there's nothing can be done but you asked if I could see it and yes I can there are pillows with hole in for cocyx have you looked into this?

Yes. I have the pillow. It just seems like I start to feel a bit better and then maybe I over do it. I don't know if I should rest it or just keep moving with normal activities... How long did it take until you felt better?
