I think what helps the most is to just keep moving how ever. Id love to go in that hot spring where do you live? I,ll be right over lol The tea is the only way I can take the turmeric I tried the capsules but it bothers my touchy stomach You can find it at Trader Joe,s ginger -turmeric . its not a strong turmeric so I can drink it. have a good Sunday
