I have gallbladder surgery about awk ago.. I've been having really bad pain in the middle of my back. Little shortness of breath.

I had gallbladder surgery 5 days ago , I have a really bad pain also on my back more on right side where the shoulder blade is. radiated down my waists. Reg breathing is ok but deep breath hurt . I read they inflate the stomach, shoulder n back with air to see the organs better. I don’t know if the pain in my back is air, I’m applying heating pad
