I assume that you are most concerned about the potential side effect of osteonecrosis of the jaw related to to taking bisphosphonates and other medications to treat osteoporosis. I'm tagging fellow members like @alpaca @deborahe @phinken @loli to see if they have had to deal with osteoporosis and deciding whether to treat with medications.

Imatine, have you discussed other treatment options besides antiresorptive medications (bisphosphonates and denosumab)?
