Anyone have nausea with Trintellix?

Hi @heidi1346 and welcome to Mayo Clinic Connect. It sounds like Trintellix (vortioxetine) is causing several digestive related issues for you, including nausea, upset stomach and severe diarrhea. Nausea is the most common side effect of this drug. I'd like to bring @rossjt @marjou @trip17 @elwooodsdad @petangelkat1 @jeanmnyc @marazion @alamogal635 and @kelster69 into this discussion so they can share their experiences with you.

Heidi, have you discussed the side effects you're experiencing with your doctor? How long have you been taking Trintellix? What dosage?

I took two duculox the night before so maybe that is why the diarrhea is so bad. 5 mg

I will be discussing with doctor tomorrow. 5mg for 4 days and like I said I took duculox the night before. Hope do i know when a discussion is in progress

I talk to my doctor tomorrow. I have been on 5 mg for four days. Maybe if I did not take the Ducolox, the diahreah would not have been so bad. Is weight gain a side effect. Hearing different things
