Hello, @kibwezi, and thanks for posting. That sounds frustrating working so hard to get your levels up and not seeing that happen as you'd hoped.

I'd love to introduce you to some other members who have talked about hyponatremia, like @v1crew, @larrymay, @torino1qm and @bonnieh. @dawn_giacabazi, @hopeful33250 and @kdubois, a few of our volunteer mentors in the Connect community, have a lot of experience with endocrine issues, and I believe you'd enjoy meeting them here on this thread, as well.

How have you been feeling?

Thank you for asking how I'm feeling. I've actually never felt any symptoms with the hyponatremia but I have two friends who have had very serious problems with hyponatremia and want to avoid that. One of my friends even went into a coma and ended up with brain damage. The other friend had serious issues for 4 years before being diagnosed. She changed on of her meds and is fine now.

So sorry to hear about the serious issues your friends have had with hyponatremia, @kibwezi. Sounds like you are being wise in your hard work on your levels. Glad to hear you are not experiencing symptoms.
