If you want to stop receiving emails from Mayo Connect, you must do it yourself - we cannot do it for you. What you can do, is to go to the bottom of the email and click on "Unsubscribe from this thread." This will prevent you from getting further emails.

We're sorry to see you go. You can also unsubscribe from Mayo Clinic Connect by following these instructions:

1. Go to your Account Settings
2. Scroll to the bottom of the page.
3. Click "Edit" in the Disable all email notifications section.
4. Check the box "Turn off all email notification"
