Anyone had prostate cancer spread to the lungs?

I've heard of another PCa patient with mets in his lungs. But he had a whole bunch of other mets elsewhere most in bones. For your PCa to go from remission to distant mets is very odd. Just as odd is passing over their natural habitat of the bones. No doubt, you are found these mets using PSMA PET scan. If you find any more, I would try Pluvicto which is recently made available to castrate sensitive men.

@ctsenior Hi, my husband has mets in his lungs and nowhere else, but he has Cribriform prostate cancer which is aggressive and known for distant location mets too. Unfortunately for Frank he is one of the 3% of men who don't react to the PSMA pet scans radioactive material, so both his previous pet scans were negative. His lung nodules have been found by ordinary CT scan. Orgovyx and Abiraterone have worked so far in reducing his PSA as well as the larger lung nodules and the smaller nodules are no longer evident. Thankfully he's feeling great on his current treatment plan and will continue on it until the cancer becomes hormone resistant.
I've just checked and Pluvicto is not currently available in Wales, UK, but hopefully maybe by the time he could would need it.
Good luck with your journey 👍
