No I haven't. Until reading this I wasn't sure it was a condition but rather just something that happened. It is annoying though so will look further into it and start with my GP. Surely if pre-diabetic I would have something show up in bloods re sugar levels as a first step. So thanks will start there and share this what you mentioned with the GP. Very interesting.
