Erleada Has a number of side effects, Fatigue, high blood pressure joint pain and brain fog are a some of them.

I’ve worked with dozens of people who have switched to Nubeqa. People like the drug after switching, because almost everybody feels no side effects at all from it.

Just yesterday, somebody posted that they were really happy that people in here talked to him about switching to Nubeqa. He switched and it is so much better. I’ve heard this from dozens of people. I attend 11 online prostate cancer meetings every month and recommend people switch at almost every meeting. If you were to attend one of the ancan.org Advanced prostate cancer meetings you would hear them recommending people switch at every meeting.

@pmortaloni My complications with erleada were heart palpitations, restless leg but all over my body, insomnia, unpleasant thoughts...basically felt like I was having a nervous breakdown..not anything I ever want to revisit...I started everything ( orgovyx/erleada) July 11th 2025..did about 10 days, then just stopped everything for about 3 weeks. My radiation oncologist called me and said just stop the erleada and take only the orgovyx. After a few more days, I started back on the orgovyx. I then had another PSA test and I had dropped from 61 to .05 after only 10 days of ADT.

6 or 7 weeks later -after started nubeqa- my PSA was <.02 where it has remained for 15 months ( I also had 45 IMRT sessions last fall).

Jeff Marchi ( on this site) is the one who recomended nubeqa to me..prob saved my life, so far, because I was just gonna quit everything.
