@10sweatherman Keep making travel plans! I'm 4 months post completing 18 months of Orgovyx and had 44 IMRT treatments for cancer in the prostate and nearby lymph nodes. Keep exercising, especially the resistance training, because ADT is known to cause muscle mass loss. About the question of side effects, I don't know. I had all of them in varying degrees with fatigue being the worst, but they seemed to have lessened a bit after a year of treatment. All the best!
