@ipg Hi, I am 70 y.o. As I mentioned, I had a subtotal hysterectomy at age 34, but a small piece of one of my ovaries did not function. I was on Premarin until age 50. Since July, I have been on a transdermal estradiol patch 0.025 mg.

I’m sorry for having to repeat yourself; I can’t locate the original thread. I’m 70 also. Should I contemplate using an anabolic first ie forteo, all 3 docs that I have seen from major hospitals rejected HRT. I will not consider Reclast , fosamax etc. one said, similar to Dr Lucas I believe that if you have a good result with an anabolic, maintain after that with good nutrition and weight training Did you use anything other than Premarin prior to the patch?
