" The Risks of the Valsalva Maneuver in Patients with a Thoracic Aortic Aneurysm
The Valsalva maneuver occurs when you hold your breath and strain during activities such as heavy lifting or intense strength training. This can cause sudden, significant spikes in blood pressure, increasing mechanical stress on the aortic wall.

In patients with a thoracic aortic aneurysm, this additional stress may increase the risk of aortic dissection or rupture. Although a single Valsalva maneuver does not automatically cause damage, the exact pressure threshold at which a complication may occur is unpredictable.

For this reason, patients with aortic aneurysms should avoid heavy lifting, maximal strength efforts, and straining while holding their breath. Controlled aerobic exercise and light resistance training, performed with continuous breathing and under medical guidance, are generally preferred."

I found the text above on the internet

P.s
All my life, I’ve done nothing but Valsalva maneuvers; one of my favorite exercises was chest dips with a body weight of 135 kg. I was addicted to this, and I literally had to cry when I heard that I’d never be able to do it again—not even after a possible early Dacron replacement. (For the record, I’m 54 now and have been training since I was 16. I don’t know any better—partly because I grew up without parents or family. This was my medicine to keep me going in this lonely world; others turn to alcohol or drugs—this was my medicine.)

I hate to hear about your younger years and I think many teenagers are affected from dysfunctional family and i use this term lightly because there is no perfect family. God has a plan for your life and is well aware of your troubles. He doesn't judge you and accepts you as you are if you will just turn to Him by faith ive been where you have been
