They are like tiny square bandages with ridges inside. You can now buy them on Amazon. I've been using them for years and they defnitely help my balance. You don't need a prescription. I buy the Super Patch Liberty patch.

I think those patches are a product if "The Super Patch Company". 100% drug free, no ingredients, no side effects, it is vubrotactilr technology. The smal transparent patches have a contoured ridge patches that interact with your nervous system. I haven't tried it, but have a pamphlet on it.
