My neighbor down the street had ralp at 75 and after 1 month he is back to normal doesn't need pads or anything. I'm suppose to have surgery in the middle of February but I'm also on the cancelation list. I just turned 69 and am extremely active so hopefully that will benefit me I will do what it takes to regain urinary control. I was strongly considering radiation sbrt but my decipher score came in high and decided on ralp.

@ginger38314 Get an Rx from your doctor for Pelvic Floor PT. Then find a clinic with a DPT. I did 4 weeks PT before surgery and 4-6 more afterwards. I was 72 at this time, still going strong today.

Remember that after the surgery, likely you will just feel like laying around, I did. This is the time to get up and get moving. Get in the sunshine, go walking, go cycling, do gardening, whatever makes you happy.
