@pesquallie memorial Sloan Kettering info- you and I can expect Bone loss, cardio events from low T. I m almost 78. Other on line info says I won’t return to normal TT as I m too old. So to counter this garbage: I do the following- lift weights 60 lbs. the most , arm rubber band stretches in the door, walk 3 miles/ week on treadmill. Leg lifts, leg band stretches 3x/ week. I drink green tea with mushroom capsules daily, take Leucine, Carnitine after exercises with weights. Get my heart rate up for 15 min-3x/ week. Use my Apple Watch to track that. I have a stent in the RCA. That was 2-1/2 years ago. Eat no red meats. Eat fish/ chicken a lot. You may be right about a shorter lifespan so I eat BEETS daily to promote collateral circulation in my ticker. We have to deal with what we’re dealt. This is how I deal with my situation. Good luck. Fatigue is my biggest issue til I get a higher test. Level I believe. That’s all I can tell ya thus far.

@pesquallie Has your testosterone gone back up again? I think you are right to be concerned. Testosterone is important for cardio health, for sure. If the prostate cancer can be controlled, or put to sleep, or whatever, then, according to what I have seen on PCRI videos, it is beneficial to attempt to bring the level of testosterone back, whether with creams, or whatever. It isn't like throwing gas on the flame. Those thoughts have been proven to be outdated.
