@steveinarizona 74-y/o male scheduled for reverse shoulder replacement in Jan '27. Does the NICE machine work on a shoulder? Are these ice machines noisy? How do you sleep with the noise? Thanks.

@jetjock Yes the NICE machine has a specific "cuff" for the shoulder. It even comes in multiple sizes. There was a slight ticking when the machine cycled.

@jetjock My machine has a pad, with velcro to keep it in place, on the end of tubes and should work ok and it's very quiet, just a slight humming sound...
