I received a diagnosis of an aortic aneurysm 20 yrs ago. It is noe 3.7 cm. I feel afraid and alone.

I’m so sorry you are feeling afraid and alone. By coming here to Mayo connect, you’ve chosen a great place to find support and knowledge.
I was diagnosed with a 4.1 dilation of my ascending aorta. Since then I’ve been following all my cardiologist’s recommendations. There is a lot you can do, keeping blood pressure down is important.
Moonboy gave you great advice, and yes indeed as he said you are not alone.
