@dks2500 It would be nice if everyone could afford to pay for cancer costs at a top cancer clinic, but that's just not the case. The whole medical system is a mess.

@kjr11 every state has at least one national cancer clinic, frequently affiliated with a university affiliated teaching hospital. These clinics are typically not more expensive than any other state hospital.
