Anyone had prostate cancer spread to the lungs?

I had two lung nodules surgically removed six weeks ago. Pathology report confirmed prostate cancer. I was diagnosed 9 years ago and have had several reoccurrences. I was 4+3=7 with a tertiary score of five and intraductal. When my PET scan lit up and showed the growth of the two nodules, my PSA was still undetectable.

Were these the only two nodules? If so, it's great that got them all. Mine were pretty widespread throughout my left lung, which is why they did a lung resection and removed part of it. Like you, my PSA was nearly undetectable when my PET scan lit up like a Vegas neon sign. I'm a Gleason score of 9 (5+4) and we're hoping to get at least two years out of the abiraterone and Lupron before the cancer becomes resistant. Good luck going forward and I hope those were the only two nodules.
