There are several wife/partner support groups. My wife is in one hosted by the U Minn. https://www.mnpcc.org/mn-support-groups/ I believe there's one here in Mayo Clinic Connect, and there are multiple groups for various needs through Ancan.org https://ancan.org/prostate-cancer/

I attend two of the meetings at Ancan.org. I go to their weekly advanced prostate Cancer, meetings, and usually attend at least one of the two Men speaking freely Meetings. The second one every month conflicts with a meeting at the reluctant brotherhood.
