Prostate cancer is largely if not completely ignored. You don't see any large companies sponsoring events to raise money, for example. Hell, my state has a breast cancer license plate option.

@tbgb50 No company (large or small) sponsors events and no state sponsors license plates (purely out of altruism) without some individual or group having advocated for it.

Yes, there are prostate cancer advocacy groups - Zero, PCRI, PCF, AnCan, ASPI, and others - but, they pale in size and resources in comparison to breast cancer support groups, because men (and women) don’t contribute to prostate cancer support groups like they do to breast cancer support groups.

Your state having a breast cancer license plate option is due to someone advocating for it. My state (Ohio) has a prostate cancer license plate option because a woman and her husband advocated for it.
