I’m aware September is PCa awareness month, but I can’t remember how I found out. I did get me a little blue ribbon sticker for the car window, and I blab to anyone who’ll listen about PCa. I also noticed that some online news aggregators, like Google News, their Health section featured more PCa stories this month.
@brianjarvis - we’re kinda, sorta neighbors. I’m in Beavercreek for one reason or another fairly frequently. I live just down the road a ways near Wilmington. Fancy that.

@turtbean Wilmington is not that far away; I’ve been through there a few times.
We’re fortunate to have a few in-person prostate cancer support groups here that meet monthly. Two of them are run out of Miami Valley Hospital (MVH), and the other meets at Wright-Patterson AFB. (As a veteran, I can get on Base for those.)
If you can get up this way, the closest one to you is at MVH South Campus. Their next meeting is October 15 @ 6:00PM. (If you use the main entrance at MVH South, when you enter the building, go to the right. Take a left after the second elevators and Cancer Center Room B will be on your left.)
