Recurrence as lung cancer?

It has always been my understanding that the radiation treatments many of us had can sometimes lead to lung cancer. We can also have lung cancer from other environmental factors. SSC usually spreads nearer the original source, especially to the lymph nodes nearby.
It is common however to believe that any cancer which has been removed becomes any new cancer a patient might get elsewhere after any length of time. Apparently we are only allowed one cancer type per customer. Or is that not correct?

@hrhwilliam I've had two cancers.

@hrhwilliam “Apparently we are only allowed one cancer type per customer. Or is that not correct?“
I had estrogen positive stage 1, grade C breast cancer on the left side, treated by a lumpectomy,, chemo and radiation. Five years later, a second cancer, oral SCC, in my upper inside left gum tissue and jaw/maxilla. The SCC was at the site of a patch of oral lichen planus. I have since met five people who had SCC and oral lichen planus, what I had been told was a benign, autoimmune condition,. Now I have seen literature stating that severe cases carry a small risk of turning into oral cancer.
So, unlucky me, am one who has have had TWO types of cancer.
