I guess all the reviews I read and it says it just structure your bone it doesn’t rebuild inside the bones that are brittle am I correct please advice me

@zaileighfaith no it’s doesn’t build bone. Once you complete the treatment period you now have the structure to support bone growth. In my experience you are placed on another medication after the drug holiday and in the meantime we as patients need to do our part by exercising, resistance training, working against gravity to help your bones. It’s not a medicine only treatment plan. If you find a better system that works as well after clinical trials I’d try it.

Here is a you tubetube video that can help with understanding the various drugs and their function. He also talks about sequencing which is important. Unfortunately he is quite a fast talker. Hope it helps a bit.
All of the information is very overwhelming at first. Over time it will begin to make more sense and you will begin to feel more confident.
I see that you will be going to a rheumatologist soon.
Regardless of the type of doctor you may want to inquire about their experience and training in treating osteoporosis. We all want to feel confident in our doctors.
