I also was put on hydroxychloroquine prior to a diagnosis of psoriatic arthritis, which I am not convinced that is the only problem I have.
The next drug they put me on was mycophenolate (CellCept), which was a terrible chemo drug, with many side effects.
I do have asthma but that was not a good drug for me according to my pulmonologist.
I did a two week washout has instructed by my rheumatologist and then started on Azathioprine, which I'm currently taking without any side effects. My fatigue has diminished somewhat and I'm feeling better so we'll see how this works.

@srqqd so glad to hear that something is working for you! Thank you so much for your response. I will mention this drug to my rheumatologist. Very helpful. I’m grateful to everyone who’s responded.
