@solar4ever with 6 cores at 3+3, and 6 cores at 3+4, and 2 cores benign, that means most of the volume of your prostate is involved. We don't know the pattern they followed taking your cores but you basically have high volume, some is just 3+3 of course, some is benign too. That means if an alternative treatment is done, they have to take out almost everything, some places do that anyway.

@solar4ever Another one to know, which we don't know in your posts, is size of your prostate. You call around for alternative treatments like tulsa, nanokife, brachy, cryoablation and so on, you are high volume with prostate size xx (you need to know). Some places will accept high volume as long as prostate size is (say some number like 70 cc), other places don't care on prostate size as long as the PCa volume is low (these won't accept you), so knowing your data is important. Also the way your wrote cribiform I take it means no cribiform as is is not seen (not identified).
