I loved your profile. Our current dog Lilah is a rescued pup... now a little over 23 tears old. She normally gravitates to my wife but, when she's scared of something, she comes and sits by me. When I was getting IV treatments at home for one of my periodic lung infections, she was especially attentive to me. She's my therapy too!
