@sissieann Usually it is eating within an 8 hour window, then fasting the other 16 hours out of a 24 hour day.

I’m going for first kidney appointment. I’m in 3a.
I’ve had diabetes 18 yrs controlled but I know a diabetic can be very on key but still does lots of mischief. I never thought to join a group but Kidney by what people deal with is tough.
