@tamigl Have you tried the Mayo Clinic? If you can get in, that would be my #1 choice.
In addition to Bert a few of the other surgeons who have good reputations are:
Dr, Mathew Russo; Dr. Russell Cohen; and several others. But definitely Mayo.

I did give Mayo a try. They are totally booked up through the end of the year, and at the current time, they are not setting up appointments for next year. Thanks much for the additional info!
