If you are willing to spend the money on a Nano Knee, I would suggest coming to Phoenix for my surgeon (Jimmy Chow) who will do a better job for less money. Dr. Chow has withdrawn from Medicare and doesn't take much insurance but his standalone fee is still less than that of Nano Knee. He is the primary inventor of the Superpath method of minimally invasive hip replacement (he did it for me and I had no post surgery pain). He is also an active knee surgeon and he replaced my right knee eleven months ago with the extremely rare bicruciate retaining implant (BCR) which means that I still have all my ligaments (99+% of all TKRs have their ACL resected). it is complex surgery but he has been doing it for a decade and there is even a video on the internet of him doing one at a 2020 orthopedic innovations conference. As in the case of the hip, I again had no pain after my surgery.

I can't promise that you will also have no pain but he will give you the best chance at it.
