Am I the only one that’s in denial?

@jenben59 , don't get me wrong, I'm talking about looking for the drug after the one I'm on, if I didn't make that clear. I'm getting excellent results on Tymlos and hoping (and working really hard) to get to normal bone density in the next year. I went from severe OP to OP, and now into osteopenia, so I'm very hopeful.

@boneoptimist, did you have any severe side effects from any of the bone medications? I went to my doctor, had a DEXA scan, was diagnosed with osteoporosis, and was prescribed Fosamax. Side effects do not occur in all women, but I get concerned about the pain and the possible dental problems. I had cancer, and my gums/teeth have problems. I do not want to be in pain or cause myself any medical problems unless there is a positive outcome with few side effects. From what I read, there is not always a good outcome, and some women have to try different medications to find one that works without pain or with very few side effects. I hope everything works out well for you.
