Hello, I just started Linzess a couple of weeks ago. Have not experience any positive results yet. The Gastro doctor wants me to have a colonoscopy. I agree to have it done. I am 75 years old. Been dealing with constipation for years.

@tidimae1 - welcome to Mayo Clinic Connect. Sorry to hear your Linzess has not resulted in any positive results yet.

Glad to hear you are seeking and following your doctor's advice about the colonoscopy. Hopefully, this will provide more useful information.

I am tagging @georgemorley @cezanne in this conversation as well as @jlharsh, who may have some thoughts on your experience with Linzess.

Any changes over this weekend in the effects of the Linzess, tidimae1? When will you be having your colonoscopy?
