@game Also, remember that when you have your bloodwork taken could make a difference in the results. Consistency in the timing of when the blood is pulled will help you be able to watch for trends. If you are not drinking plain water, could that be part of the issue? And remember, it takes a while for our body to adjust when we make dramatic changes like the 16 8 plan!

@gingerw hi appreciate your time in replying. With the 16 8 you say it can take a while for the body to adjus so perhaps I just need to go through the motions. I also thinking perhaps there is other medicines that needs to be looked at that maybe causing the egfr issue? More discussions with my kidney doc. I will wait and see
