Toilet paper may be causing irritation.

I had the same issue but mine was due to the preservative in Cottenelle wipes. The preservative is METHYLISOTHIAZOLINONE. I had to search for toilet paper and wipes without this preservative. I am now using Costco brand Kirkland toilet paper or BJ's own brand and Caboo bamboo wipes. Please research this preservative to see what the FDA says about it.

@blueslnd I'm actually allergic to methylisothiazolinone, and nearly a dozen other common additives to personal hygiene products. 😂

They give me eczema, mostly. But on softer mucous membranes, they can cause sores.

I've been using unscented Angel Soft. It's mostly working for me. But I may see if unscented Cottonelle or a bamboo paper helps further.
