@kjoed53 Thank you for mentioning my 'home' state that I am considering returning to, possibly, except for all those taxes...Inheritance Tax, Exit Tax...etc. besides the typical Capital Gains Tax. Pay now and pay later!!!
My only living family member is there and the one I am trying to make everything easy for, my kid sister. One way or another I will return....our family plots and those we lost are there in Union in the cemetery.
Since about 2019 N.J. has allowed 'right to die', if I understood it correctly.

So sorry you lost a child, a never deep ending heartache.
