My pulmonologist recommended it. I have used capsules and the tea, both from Amazon. She also has me taking NAC daily, so I don’t know which one or likely both are helping me. But I am doing well.

@chisintexas I've never seen the capsules. I use the drops under the tongue and have found I'm having less volume of sputum and that it is easier to expel.
