I am stage 2 ckd I was stage 4 but got it back up by going on a diet. I am anemic and lost weight because of the diet. What is the best food for Iron?

@rustyhome1927 Welcome to Mayo Clinic Connect! You can see in my post dated March 19th, a link for you to look at, explaining anemia. It would be wise to understand what type of anemia you have, in order to modify your diet and get the best iron sources for your situation!
Kudos to you for losing weight and getting a handle on your kidney Disease! What was the reason for the decline in your kidney function? Uncontrolled high blood pressure and diabetes are the two leading causes of CKD, but indeed there are others.
