@lacraig1 Hey buddy, sorry for your situation…I know you’ve had bloodwork up the wazoo, but have you ever been tested for tick borne illnesses?
I live on Long Island NY and the symptoms of occult Lyme Disease are very similar to what you describe.
I have heard of just so many ‘mystery’ ailments ultimately linked to a tick bite - an event often gone unnoticed. Just a suggestion…
