@barb73 I think your doctor is increasing your dose too fast. I noticed an increase in side effects when I went from 5 mg to 7.5 mg so asked my doctor if I could just stay at 7.5 mg for a few months since I was losing weight and tolerating the side effects at that dose. Why risk having worse side effects if I’m making progress on the current dose. That’s working well for me and I plan to stay at 7.5 for as long as it’s working. You don’t have to keep increasing the dose—talk with your clinician about staying at a lower dose for a longer period of time.
