@irenea8 thank you for your explanation of Mucinex vs NAC. Do you mind sharing side effects ? Also , have you found a brand you prefer ?
I have tried Mucinex , but it didn’t seem to do anything .

I get intestinal irritation the next day. Very prone to that and the NAC is very acidic. I get insomnia often but not always. The brand I use is Metabolic Maintenance 600 mg which I get on Amazon. It is a good brand. I only have to use 300 mg to get the results.
