@michaeldigiuro well Nubeqa blocks androgen receptors which will impede tumor( cancer growth). So in a way you could say it HELPS shrink the tumors. However, radiation is what actually shrinks tumors quickly. This is a very simplistic explanation..you can Google and research this topic for hours if you are really curious.

What radiation does is kill the tumors, but they die the next time they try to divide, to create more. It does not immediately shrink the tumors it does shrink them over time.

The ARPI makes the tumor shrinkage significantly faster and more profound. This article discusses it.
