Has anyone experienced rapid heart rate after being on Zepbound for a while? My BP is normal range but heart rate is more rapid than usual. It's happened 2-3 times over the past 7 days. I have breakfast, but have only been having a protein shake or liquid meal replacement. Not much for dinner bc I'm not hungry.
I'm going to make myself eat something (solid) for lunch and dinner today and see if that helps.
Any similar experiences?
