Someone in my family is facing major surgery and is on a higher than normal protein diet. I'm searching for some recipes with plant based protein powder. I made some peanut butter cookies that taste petty good and will use that recipe again.
A lot of the recipes use coconut sugar which is new to me. Apparently coconut sugar has become more popular in the last few year.
A lot of the recipes use healthier flours which have also become more popular.

@pmrsuzie I've been enjoying Italian hummus for the past year or so. It uses cannellini beans instead of garbanzo. I add in lemon juice, olive oil, and herbs and spices to taste. I also include extra firm tofu, and I don't use tahini, even though it is listed in most recipes. Sometimes I add protein powder, and sometimes not. It already has quite a bit of protein in each serving. I like it on toast for breakfast and with sandwiches, and it is also a good dip.
