I was just looking into doing that. Did a doctor suggest this? Was it covered by insurance? How did they know where to inject you? Is the relief supposed to be immediate? Do they suggest more than one?
I hope this helps you. I have been in pain for over a year now, and figure I’m headed for SI joint fusion. I really wish we had stem cell treatment available in the USA, but they are having so much success with them elsewhere that our insurance companies would lose too much money from so many people getting off their drugs.
As far as therapy, I would just advise to take it slow and find a good professional. Ligaments can be re-injured easily. Good luck!

It's suggested by Dr Donna Alderman, it will be my 4th injection, she suggested 4- 6 injection, i got improvement

@closer0043 I know stem cell injections are available following surgery.

@closer0043 it is not covered by insurance. My PRP injections helped. You need to make sure they take enough blood from you. Check to see how much will be needed. My first injections were not effective as, I think, my doctor took a standard amount but then put final mix into both SI joints. Read about SI joint fusion. What I read was the SI joints need to move a little. If they’re fused it may cause other areas to malfunction and you could have worse pain down your legs, etc.
