I believe non of our bodies were rid of the spike protein and that is why we have Long COVID.

@diverdown1 this is definitely one leading theory - “viral reservoirs” and “viral persistence.”

It would make a lot of sense… Hopefully, the research and studies centered around that theory come up with some definitive answers in the weeks/months/years ahead.
